You must read this entire Acknowledgment and Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully before signing. The adult participant (those 18 years of age or older) or the participant’s legal guardian (for the participant and on participant’s behalf) (“Participant”), if applicable, shall sign this Agreement. In consideration of the services of Distinguished Quality Events, LLC (“DQ Events/Organizer”) in allowing me to participate in this scheduled DQ Events/Organizer competitive event and related activities (collectively, the “Event”), I expressly acknowledge and agree as follows:

We firmly believe in the value and importance of an environment where all Event Participants feel welcome and safe. This Code of Conduct explains the behavior we expect from Event Participants interacting at Events, and across Organizer's Event blogs, online forums, and social media platforms.

  1. Participant will behave in a way that facilitates a safe and supportive environment for all Event Participants, and across Organizer blogs, online forums, and social media platforms.
  2. Participant will not engage in disruptive speech or behavior or otherwise interfere with other individuals’ Participation in Events, and across Organizer blogs, online forums, and social media platforms.
  3. Participant will not interfere with the operation of Events, blogs, online forums, and social media platforms.
  4. Participant will not attempt to receive benefits that they are not entitled to at Organizer Events, and across Organizer blogs, online forums, and social media platforms.
  5. Participant will not engage in any form of harassing, offensive, discriminatory, or threatening speech or behavior, including but not limited to relating to race, gender, gender identity and expression, national origin, religion, disability, marital status, age, sexual orientation, military or veteran status, or other protected category.
  6. Participant will comply with the instructions of Organizer and Event staff, and Organizer blog, online forum, and social media platform moderators.
  7. Participant will comply with all applicable laws and, in the context of Events, all of our specific requirements (including all health and safety requirements).

We expect all Participants (including but not limited to attendees, vendors, sponsors, speakers, volunteers, moderators, spectators, guests, and Organizer staff) to uphold the principles of this Code of Conduct. In the context of Organizer Events, this Code of Conduct covers the main Event and all related Events (social or otherwise). Organizer staff must continue to abide by all Organizer policies at all times.

If we believe this Code of Conduct was breached, we may prohibit Participant from attending future Organizer Events and interacting across Organizer blogs, online forums, and social media platforms, and we may remove any content Participant created in violation of this Code of Conduct. Additionally, if we believe that Participant breached this Code of Conduct in the context of an Organizer Event, we may require Participant to leave the Event. In Addition, Participant will be banned from future events. If we require Participant to leave an Event or if Participant is banned from an Event and still registers for an Event, Participant will not be eligible to receive a refund of any fees paid related to the Event. All determinations are at our sole discretion. We will involve law enforcement if we deem appropriate.

If Participant has breached the Code of Conduct and wishes to remove their ban from future events, they may submit an appeal via email at
